

Vantage needs to know how it should display the terminal emulation window. The figure below is the Terminal Definition dialog.

Term Resources:
Required. This control is used to choose whether you desire to customize the terminal attributes. If no changes are desired click the OK button--the window manager's default colors and default number of lines of memory will be used. If you wish to customize the console window click the word Customize.
Scroll Bar:
Required. (If Customize is selected.) This control enables the addition of scroll bars to the console window. Click Scroll Bar ON to add scroll bars to the window.
Lines of Memory:
Required. (If Customize is selected.) This control allows configuration of the number of lines of memory available in the console window. Click and hold the left mouse button on the sliding control and move the mouse until the desired number of lines of memory appears. One page of memory equals 24 lines.
Background/Foreground Color:
Optional. (If Customize is selected.) Use this control to select the foreground and background colors of the console window. The Background/Foreground control displays the colors you have selected.
Click OK when all controls are as desired. Control will be returned to the Resource Definition Dialog to enable selection of a connectivity method.
