Perle Systems Connectivity Setup
Perle Systems Definition Dialog Controls

The Perle Systems IOLAN model terminal servers must be configured before being used with Vantage. The following steps will set the server to factory defaults and enable you to assign the server an IP address, subnet mask, gateway, etc.
Firmware version 4.03 is required for the Perle Systems terminal servers to work with Vantage. This version is available on the Vantage CD in the /driver/IO_Lan directory under the file name iolan.bin_p-4_03.00-dl. Load this version of firmware before continuing these instructions. If you have questions about loading the firmware please call Vantage Technical Support.
