Group Definition Dialog Controls


Resources can be organized into groups with similar characteristics to make events and event responses easier to maintain. The figure below is the Group Definition dialog.

Group Definition Dialog Controls
Resource Names:
Required. Use this control to select the resource names to be included in the group. Scroll through the resource names and click the names to be included. Press and hold the CTRL key and click resource names to select more that one resource.
Group Name:
Required. This control is used to enter the name of the group. Click the control and type the group to which the selected resources will belong.
Num of Resources:
This information-only control is the total number of resources that belong to this group.
Click the Add button on the dialog to add a new group or Modify to change an existing group. You must Distribute Events when finished adding or modifying a group for the change go into effect.
